About Mark Hale, LUCTF

Mark Hale joined Navigon in 2010.  Mark has been in the financial services industry for 28 years, specializing in assisting individuals and business owners meet their financial objectives. Mark's industry experience gained through sales and management positions at Farm Bureau Insurance Company, Prudential, Allstate Insurance Company and the Navigon Financial Group has given him the skills to develop strategic financial plans, allowing him to help meet his clients life insurance, retirement, savings and investment objectives.

Education
Mark graduated from Randolph-Macon College, in Ashland, VA with a degree in Business and Economics in 1992, and he has also earned his LUTCF (Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow) designation.

Personal
Mark is very active in his community and participates in various organizations throughout the Roanoke Valley.  He is a member in good standing of NAIFA (National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors), RVAIFA (Roanoke Valley Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors) and MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table) and Finseca.  Mark is an active member of Thrasher Memorial United Methodist Church and performs outreach work through KAIROS Prison Ministry.  He has been a Qualifying Member* of the Million Dollar Round Table from year 2006 – 2020, was a four-year member of the Allstate Financial National Advisory Board, and a committee member of the Allstate Foundation for Domestic Violence Project for the development of Economic Empowerment.  He currently serves on the National Advisory Council for Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company.  In his spare time, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife, Terena, and their three children.  He also closely follows Randolph Macon College sports teams, as he was a member of the Yellow Jackets football team during his four years there and currently has two sons playing for RMC.
